Hotel at the time of booking offers complementary drop to airport but doesn’t mention it on the booking voucher. Once booking is done they will ask you for voucher at the time of you checking out and ask for an airport drop which is not there anyways on the voucher. I stayed for 7 hours just to be close to airport and here i get this treatment for 3500 rs

Poor main-ed hotel. No 3 star facilities they are providing. Very poor experienced for me entrance and look from out is good but rooms and facilities are below to stars

Ordered several times for water but they didn't respond. Call on counter several times but they didn't respond.

Room was not cost and value of the charges. Restaurant was not good. Washroom having water sippage ceiling. Walls of the hotel was dirty

The hotel location is good. The restaurant is more like a hostel mess with at best a 2 star rating. Breakfast options are limited and food is average. Room was dirty and the matress was so dirty that I had to change the room and in new room refrigerator was. Ot working, faucet and tap were broken and leaking. TV channels were not working and I had to request multiple times to get it done. Staff was friendly and dedicated but really couldn't help much. I am not going here ever again

It was good experience during day time...Day staff was very co-operative,was quite descent. Food quality was good.but when it comes to night shift of your staff people we had very bad experience. .The reception not picking up the calls.Not even giving a call back, staff entering the room without giving a bell. in my view customer safety is important
